At Perfora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in brand-new, sellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
